Dr. Brian Chisdak

Brian R. Chisdak, MD, DMD

Dr. Brian Chisdak grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and received his undergraduate degree in economics from Northwestern University in Chicago. He then graduated in 1994 from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia. From there he went on to obtain his medical degree and complete his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical School in Omaha. He is currently a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and also maintains certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

CLARK TAYLOR

Clark O. Taylor, MD, DDS

Dr. Taylor received his Bachelor’s Degree from Wichita State University, his Doctor of Dental surgery(DDS) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and his Doctor of Medicine(MD) from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. Dr. Taylor completed his core residency training in General Surgery at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.  Dr. Taylor has served on the surgical teaching staff of  The University of Nebraska, Case Western University, Baylor University, Case Western Reserve University, The University of Texas Southwestern Parkland Memorial Hospital, and most recently Loma Linda University.  Dr. Taylor has authored numerous textbook chapters and articles in the peer reviewed scientific surgical literature and is an internationally recognized lecturer in Oral, Maxillofacial, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Lance L. Lerner, DDS, MS

Dr. Lance Lerner received his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, his Master’s degree from Montana State University and his Dental Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He then joined the U.S.Naval Dental Corps where he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. Following a tour as Head of the Oral Surgery Department, U.S. Naval Hospital, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico, and an adjunct faculty position at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry; Dr. Lerner returned to Bozeman and has been in private practice since 1996.
