Dr. Brian Chisdak is a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with more than 25 years of surgical experience — from single-tooth replacements to complex full-arch reconstructions — and the founder of Gallatin Valley Surgical Arts.

After earning his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Chisdak completed his medical degree and a hospital-based residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center — training that spans complex facial and jaw surgery as well as anesthesia, so your care, including sedation, stays in one set of expert hands. Paired with advanced 3D imaging and meticulous planning, even challenging cases are handled with precision and confidence.
